Estonian company Bacterfield has created probiotic functional dog food, that contains a viable bacteria and has great preventive features. During the course of this summer products will be marketed in the Baltics, Finland, Portugal and Greece.

„We are currently undergoing active search to find partners in high potential markets, there’ll be 10-15 more countries in our focus from autumn. Our products have gained positive and promising feedback so far,” says Vygantas Kirejevas, CEO of Bacterfield.

Five year goal of the company is to gain five precent global market share in so-called Super Premium dog food segment.

The company Bacterfield was established and it has worked since with numerous international specialists - nutritionists, probiotics experts, veterinarians and manufacturing specialists, to create product line called Formule ProBiotic. Bacterfield has filed patents and registered trademarks.

Besides probiotic dog food Bacterfield is involved in numerous biotechnology projects ranging from innovative pharmaceuticals to bacteria research and genetic applications.
